What is SEO?
SEO stands for search engine optimization. Applying SEO best practices to your website and social media channels can result in thousands of dollars in sales from free and organic search engine visitors.
What is Google Analytics (GA)?
GA is a free tool offered by Google to help you measure web traffic, visitor behavior and location, device usage, traffic sources, popular pages, who leaves right away, and so much more.
Even juicier, is Google’s Search Console which is an add-on tool that you should use to link to your GA Account. Search Console deserves its own post because there is a slew of SEO-rich data in there, including the keywords visitors used to find your website.
Why are Google Analytics & Search Console So Important?
One of the first questions I ask as an SEO Coach and Strategist is to look at your Google Analytics reports to help me understand what’s working and what’s not. There is a TREASURE TROVE of awesome data in there to improve your SEO results and viewing it gets my nerdy self very excited.

Getting Started with SEO
